Raspberry

Raspberry plants have perennial root systems and biennial stems which are known as canes. The canes are woody, upright and shrub-like and generally have a period of growth one year and fruit production the next. The canes may possess spines. They are currently potted up in nutritious soil in a black plastic pot.
